Thought Disorder:

Twenty one year old Eamonn's remediation included thought disorder, conduct disorder following years of chronic, illegal substance abuse. He was being looked after by his parents and medicated with Risperidone which he was able to completely eliminate.

Eamonn's Mother writes;

Eamonn has suffered from severe `Thought Disorder' when we first heard of EEG Neurofeedback. He had been through psychiatric treatment which included medication and hospitalisation over a period.

He had an assessment with Dr Kaur and after a number of treatments the `Thought Disorder' improved. His concentration was also very bad and we noticed a great improvement in that after the treatments. He was again able to write essays. He had failed his college exams over a period of two years. Now he has gone back to study again and we are hopeful that this time he will succeed.

We are deeply appreciative to Dr Kaur for taking such a personal interest in this case and for the amount of hours she spent with Eamonn over a period of weeks while he was in London.

Although Eamonn had been with many therapists over a period of years. Dr Kaur was the first person to tell us that he was suffering from ADD. Her advice has also been invaluable to us on dealing with the day-to-day problems of this disorder.
